Case Study: TetraMap International‘s TetraPanel

Objective:
TetraMap International wanted to transform their globally recognised, facilitator-led personality development tool into a digital experience. They needed a trusted partner who could bridge business needs, user experience, and technology — without compromising the essence of their learning model.

Our Role:
MaxQ Consulting led the needs analysis, scope definition, and solution delivery. Working closely with the TetraMap leadership team, we designed a digital “blueprint” that served as the foundation for the new Facilitator Support Platform.

With our background in software engineering and project management, we oversaw and project-managed the full development lifecycle — from prototype to live deployment — ensuring every phase met the quality and usability standards required for an international rollout.

The Result:
The Facilitator Support Platform(TetraPanel) now enables TetraMap’s global network of certified facilitators to deliver engaging online experiences to learners across the UK, New Zealand, Germany, USA, Singapore, Mexico, Vietnam and Australia.
We also designed and delivered internal training materials to help TetraMap staff confidently transition to the new digital environment.

The outcome: a sustainable, scalable, and purpose-built solution that extended TetraMap’s reach and impact globally.
